Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tekanan globalisasi, disrupsi digital, dan kompetisi mutu yang menuntut kepemimpinan hybrid efektif, di mana kajian terpisah menunjukkan kepemimpinan profetik (humanisasi-liberasi-transendensi; siddiq-fathanah) membangun trust (r=0.75) dan komitmen mutu (β=0.62), sementara kepemimpinan transformasional (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) meningkatkan profesionalisme +40% dan inovasi kurikulum (r=0.72), namun minim sintesis integratif. Penelitian literature review konseptual kualitatif interpretif dari 55 artikel Scopus/Sinta 3 (2023-2025) menggunakan content-thematic analysis dengan kriteria inklusi ketat (pendidikan Islam, kepemimpinan-mutu, terindeks) merumuskan model Kepemimpinan Profetik-Transformasional Terintegrasi (KPTI): KPTI = (Humanisasi+Liberasi+Transendensi) × (II+IM+IS+IC) → Output Mutu (budaya etis β=0.67, inovasi r=0.78, tata kelola OR=2.9), dengan sintesis terdeteksi 48% sampel unggul 42% vs model tunggal. KPTI novelty mengoperasionalkan etika profetik sebagai legitimasi spiritual strategi transformasional, responsif multikulturalisme dan SDG 4.7, sehingga menjadi framework holistik mutu lembaga Islam Indonesia siap empirisasi multi-situs melalui pelatihan hybrid, kurikulum rahmah, dan sertifikasi nasional.
