Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools is one of the serious problems that threatens children's basic rights to a sense of security, dignity, and proper education. The high incidence of bullying in Indonesia, which reached 41.1%, according to the OECD, shows that schools are still a vulnerable environment to violence. This fact encourages the urgency of a systemic approach to bullying prevention that is not only repressive, but also educational and collaborative. This research raises the work program of Community Service Lectures (KPM) at SDN 02 Kemiri, Jenangan, Ponorogo as a concrete response to these problems. Through preventive education that is designed in a contextual and participatory manner, all elements of the school are involved in building an inclusive and child-friendly school culture. The results of this program show that values-based, community-based, and active student engagement approaches contribute significantly to fostering social awareness and suppressing bullying behavior. This study confirms the importance of school social responsibility in creating a learning environment free from violence and serves as a reference for the implementation of bullying prevention strategies in other primary schools.
