Model Pembinaan Akhlak Santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Harsallakum

Pembinaan akhlak merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pendidikan pesantren yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter, moral, dan spiritualitas santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembinaan akhlak yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Harsallakum melalui pendekatan keteladanan, pembiasaan ibadah, pembinaan kedisiplinan, internalisasi nilai Qur’ani, dan pembentukan lingkungan yang kondusif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembinaan akhlak di pesantren ini bersifat integratif dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mampu menumbuhkan kedisiplinan, kesantunan, tanggung jawab, serta sikap religius pada santri. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kajian pendidikan karakter berbasis pesantren.
