PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS ADMINISTRATIF MAHASISWA MELALUI PELATIHAN ADMINISTRASI DEMA STAI AL-AKBAR SURABAYA

Administrative competence is a crucial element in the governance of professional and accountable student organizations. However, many student leaders still lack adequate skills in preparing and managing administrative documents. This community service program aimed to enhance the administrative capacity of DEMA STAI Al-Akbar Surabaya through a semester-long training (October–December 2024) conducted in Vila Tamandayu, Pasuruan. The method used was participatory training based on practice and reflection, focusing on organizational document writing, activity reporting, and digital archiving. Evaluation results revealed a significant increase in participants’ understanding and skills, with an average post-test improvement of 26.3 points. The discussion highlights that experiential learning methods are highly effective in fostering both technical understanding and professional attitudes toward administration. The program concludes that a structured, interactive, and sustainable administrative training can foster a more orderly and accountable organizational culture among student leaders.
