Storytelling, as an educational medium, holds a strategic role in conveying moral and religious values in an engaging and accessible manner. This article aims to examine the role of storytelling in character formation from the perspective of PAI teacher ethics. The method employed is a qualitative approach through literature review. The findings indicate that storytelling can serve as an effective tool for fostering values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, and religiosity, provided it is utilized wisely and in alignment with Islamic teachings. Teachers, as moral exemplars (uswah hasanah), play a pivotal role in ethically and professionally integrating storytelling into PAI instruction.
