Abstract

Islamic Religious Education has a very important role in shaping the religious character of students. This study examines how Islamic religious education, integrated with extracurricular activities such as the Scout Movement, can contribute to the formation of students' religious character. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also on moral and ethical development in daily life. The Scout Movement is an effective forum for internalizing religious values through various character-based activities, such as social service, leadership, and environmental activities. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities in supporting students' character education. Strengthening the Islamic religious education curriculum that is integrated with Scout activities can be an effective strategy in forming a young generation with noble character and able to contribute positively to society.
